10 Budget Spring Outfit Ideas

10 Budget Spring Outfit Ideas

One of my favourite topics is budget shopping. I love finding something that is a great bargain and will work well in my wardrobe. Today I put together 10 budget spring outfits to showcase how you don’t need to spend a lot of money to wear a great outfit.

Most of these outfits are for places that don’t get extremely hot in the spring until you are closer to summer like it does here. We are still wearing winter-ish coats at the moment.

A lot of the pieces will work in summer as well and are very transitional.

I tried to keep the prices as low as possible but it was hard to find something low price that still had a full range of sizes left, so everything on this list should be under $50.

Many of the on sale pieces also have a bonus discount code that you can use to get an even better deal. So make sure to check that out.

Outfit 1 and 2:

The left side is dressy for a night out…like that is happening any time soon. The right is more casual.

I am more accustomed to the casual side of things at the moment and have been embracing the joggers.

I really love these joggers because they are a track pant style and a great colour. I have this oversized black t-shirt as well and actually wore it today. You can see it here.

Outfits 3 and 4:

Here is the same blazer as above, in a different outfit. This time paired with joggers, which is one of my favourite ways to wear a blazer.

I love a statement tote and these two are some of my favourites. I have one from this company that I bought around 4 years ago that I still use all the time. I might also have to get myself one of these.

Outfits 5 and 6:

I love a great faux leather trouser. They are so much more comfortable than faux leather leggings, and honestly, I think they look way better.

They usually aren’t a top spring item, but they are great when the weather is still a bit cool and always looks fantastic. I paired it with an open-knit sweater and some animal print shoes (that are a ridiculous deal).

An oversized cardigan is also one of my favourite items to throw over a spring/summer outfit to make it casual and weather appropriate. I love the colour and extra-long length of this sweater.

Outfits 7 and 8:

The Long cardigan from above paired with an awesome white t-shirt dress (which is a wardrobe staple), some classic Vans slip-on shoes, and a face mask that makes a statement.

I’ve also had my eye in this wrap cardigan for a while. There aren’t that many sizes left now that it has been marked down but I still might try to get one.

Outfit 9 and 10:

Nothing says spring and summer like a dress paired with an oversized denim jacket. This dress comes in a handful of different prints but I feel like this is a classic.

The last outfit is the work from home outfit when you have to run to the store. The cozy slippers are from Sorel and can easily be worn outside.

We are officially going into lockdown number three this Saturday at 12:01 am. This time it is the whole province versus just our hotspot area.

Hopefully, this brings the numbers down because they are getting so bad again.

Sigh.

It’s like groundhog day. They keep doing the same things hoping for a different outcome, which according to Einstein is the definition of insanity. I totally agree.

Stay Safe.
