If you are looking for the best clothes for a rectangle body shape then this post may be for you. I honestly wasn’t going to go down this road because I knew that it would take a lot of time and might not be something that I could get together in less than a week.
But I thought I would start with the easiest body shape, the rectangle body type. I say easiest for a couple of reasons. One is that it is my own shape so I have a pretty good idea of how to dress it (with a few mishaps here and there), and secondly, it is not a shape that needs to be balanced out.
If you are wondering what I mean by that, a rectangle is basically straight up and down with minimal curves so the upper and lower portions of your body present an already balanced silhouette.

For some unknown serendipitous reason, Roo (my teenager) is cleaning her room…and without me asking. It was weird/funny how it happened but I am not going to question it.

At the rate we are going I feel like I am going to have to keep dipping into my summer wardrobe. Will it be winter before I get to use all of my fall stuff? This weather is crazy.
Watch, now that I said that winter is going to be the coldest on record. It wouldn’t surprise me. I am partial to cold any day of the year, but some of these colds snaps over the last few years have been brutal.

There is a woman that I follow on Instagram that has minimalist style nailed down solid. She is very Moira Rose in only wearing black, whites, greys, and occasionally tans…except I don’t believe Moira ever wore grey and definitely not tan, just an occasional colourful wig.
I digress…no matter what she is doing, and where she is going she always looks so chic and put together.
Even when she was wearing her pyjamas to pick up her kids.
