Last week was the dishwasher (which is still leaking and not fixed) and this week was the car. This one is so obnoxious that it’s almost laughable.

A few weeks ago Tom left on a Monday morning to got to work.

He called me as soon as he got out of the garage (no cell reception down there) and said the car was making horrible sounds.

I am on a U2 kick tonight. We bought Roo (my teenager) a U2 album for Christmas but I actually misplaced it a while before Christmas. I just found it tonight and gave it to her.

Who doesn’t love a nice after Christmas surprise.

It inspired me to play on some U2 videos on YouTube while making this post. I hope she appreciates the album.

As I was this post earlier tonight I saw that Twitter permanently banned Trump’s Twitter account. What an absolutely positive way to end this shit show of a week.

It only took 4 years, but it finally happened.

Happy New Year! I’m not doing the whole resolution thing this year. I never seem to follow through with them 90% of the time anyway so I am not going to waste my time.

Although I do plan on making some better choices this year regarding my eating and exercising habits.

If this year made me realize one thing it was that I really need to focus on living a healthier lifestyle. I was skating by for years based on being able to get out and walk everywhere all the time.

I hurt my back blow drying my hair this morning. I guess this is a sign of getting old? I pulled something in my shoulder and now I am walking around like Molly Shannon’s character on Seinfeld who doesn’t move her arms when she walks.

Good times.

I’m also watching reaction videos of people on Youtube listening to Tool for the first time.

I’d love to be able to listen to Tool for the first time again.

Holy crap. I can’t believe we are rounding the final corner for Christmas. This is considered to be the last weekend that retailers guarantee your package to be delivered before Christmas when you buy online.

Which is pretty much all of us right now.

I’ve been done for about two weeks. I just need the stocking stuffer things, and I am not sure whether to wait until everything is supposed to open back up on the 21st or to suck it up and get them where I can.
