I am rolling into this weekend with the mindset that I am going to accomplish some of the things that I said I was going to do this summer. Yikes. We still have boxes that aren’t unpacked here which is even more yikes.
Most of the boxes are actually my teenagers and she severely lacks motivation so I really need to kick her ass into gear over the next week or so.
Maybe if I box everything up with the intent to donate it will actually get her to deal with that crap.
She was doing really well at first but once her room got to the livable stage she gave up. I personally think that if you haven’t used anything in the boxes since you moved in then you probably don’t need it and should get rid of it.
I don’t think she agrees with me. Wish me luck.
Fun fact: When we got our cat Severus his original name was Ravioli. He is definitely not a Ravioli even though he may be starting to look like one. (I am only mentioning this because I am currently watching him steal an old chicken strip off Merle’s plate and eat it under the chair.)
