I will classify today as the headache day since I woke up with one, and I am going to bed with it too. Headaches really kick the shit out of you.
I suffer from migraines on occasion but there was a time several years ago that I was getting 1-2 a week on average where they incapacitated me to the point of vomiting for hours.
I’m thankful that the time period has seemed to pass, but I am finding that the amount of regular headaches is increasing for me. I assume it is a product of the last 18 months.
I internalize things forever so I guess that they need to explode out of my head periodically.
On a side note, Merle and I are almost done with her book series (yes I still read to her every night as per her request), and we need to find another book or book series to read.
I am pretty sure that we have read every single book in the house so I am really not sure what to read next. If you have any good book recommendations please let me know.
She really likes a female protagonist.
