I was feeling all motivated and thinking that I was going to get some real stuff accomplished this weekend and then my website was like, “hmmm, I don’t think so Sara”.
Then I proceeded to spend the next 36 hours on and off chat trying to troubleshoot why I was getting intermittent internal server errors, and not loading.
They liked to blame me, although I didn’t change or update anything prior to this.
Also, there are other people on their Twitter Support page that are experiencing the exact same issues that started around the exact same time as mine.
That tells me it is not me, it’s them.
Currently, my issue has been “escalated” and they will email me when the fix happens.
I will believe that when I see it.
Now I am trying to get things done in between the website working and not, so bear with me if it isn’t loading. I am working on it.
On a positive note, I got 100% on the 40-page essay that I wrote for one of my classes, which is nice.
Now I am almost done this semester, which is also nice since I have been overwhelmed.
Next classes don’t start until mid-May, so I will get a little break from it and time to mentally prepare myself again.
Then I will be done and considered a “certified stylist”, and I will have to decide what to do with the certification.
I now have to go get back on chat to see where they are in the progress, or if they were just lying to me about escalating it.
Update: They actually provided me with a reference number this time, so I will sit back and wait to see how long it takes.
