Thank you to Everlane for sponsoring this post.

I have been a big fan of Everlane for Years. It’s not common for a day to go by without me including one of their items in my outfit.

Today I have some new spring pieces that I am excited to share with you that are going to elevate next season’s wardrobe.

The Easy Blazer* (the release date is April 6th)

This blazer is one of my favourite pieces. It is a definite spring staple for any wardrobe. It’s really soft, drapes nicely, and has a wonderful oversized fit that looks great paired with anything.

I ordered this in a size down from my usual and it is still a little oversized. But I also have this blazer in the clay colour, which I ordered in my regular size which I also love the fit of because it allows me to wear it over bulkier items with ease.

I will post it this week so you can see the fit difference between the two sizes.

*This blazer is not out yet. It’s official release date is April 6th.

In the meantime, I linked to their new linen/cotton blend blazer which is similar in appearance. The Boss blazer is made from a drapier material, while the linen-cotton blend is a perfect fabric for spring and summer.

As you know I LIVED in my Day Gloves last spring/summer/fall. You almost had to pry them off of my feet once the cold weather set it. These are very reminiscent of those but in a mule form.

There are 5 colours to choose from. I am wearing the Caramel, but I also have them in Deep Red.

They are just like a slipper, with buttery soft 100% Italian Leather and a cushioned insole.

They run narrow so you should size up half a size.

Everlane shoes/boots/runners have always been a win for me.

New for Spring from Everlane. The Cotton Merino Short Sleeve Cardigan.

The Cotton-Merino Short-Sleeve Cardigan

I love merino wool, and when you pair it with cotton you get a lightweight and breathable yarn that will work through the warmer seasons.

It’s fitted, with a v-neck, buttons up the front, and elbow-length sleeves that gives a classic look that you can pair with jeans, skirts, shorts, and dresses.

It comes in the black, and bone that you can see above, and also comes in marigold.

It is machine washable.

The Cheeky Bootcut Jean

This is my first time trying Everlane denim. I decided that the cheeky was a good place to start since they have the vintage fit in jeans that I love.

Based on the reviews I ordered them in my usual size and the fit is perfect. They are made from 98% cotton, and 2% Elastane.

The best part is that you can get them in different inseams which my 5’3″ body jumps for joy about. I am wearing the ankle-length and they hit in the perfect spot with a 26.5″ inseam. They also come in regular length.

I cannot wait to wear these with my Everlane Wild Western boots, and Day Heels.

The Mini Form Bag

First and foremeost I have been searching for a crossbody for months and when this one came out I thought “Bingo” this is what I have been searching for.

It is the perfect compact size that nestles nicely under your arm when you shorten the strap. It also can lengthen to fit towards your hip if that is your fit preference.

It is made from Premium Italian leather with an adjustable strap and magnetic closure in the perfect crossbody size.

You can wear it as a purse or tuck in the strap and carry it like a clutch.

This baby is going to get a ton of use this spring and summer.

  1. those short-sleeved cardigans look great on you! i’m definitely going to look at those, especially with the 25% off. thank you for the detailed descriptions, i think these could be some great options for year-round basics.

    • They are great! The yellow is nice too, but it wasn’t available in that colour yet when I got these. I love how easy they are to tuck too. I’ve become a big shirt tucker so it’s an important selling feature for me 😂 if you are looking for some staples/basics and like bodysuits I recommend their bodysuits. I only have the long sleeve but am tempted to get a short sleeve with the 25% off.

  2. This is what I call a super cool Spring capsule wardrobe. You made excellent choices, Sara, so I’ve pinned this post and will hop over to the Everlane site to check out these and other items. Cheers, Ardith

  3. funnily enough, i was talking with one of my girlfriends over the weekend and she was waxing poetically about wearing bodysuits with overalls in the early/mid 90s. i don’t remember that trend, but i had recently gotten into bodysuits for work (obviously prior to WFH). it looks so much better with my pencil skirts. the everlane and madewell bodysuits look perfect for a more casual look.

    • Omg yes. My first bodysuit was a raspberry coloured crushed velvet one that I wore with overalls and original 501s in 1993/94 ish 😂
