As the warm weather approaches, a lot of women want to embrace the allure of the French girl aesthetic for summer 2024. This trend, often referred to as “French girl summer,” encapsulates the very essence of effortless Parisian chic.

I have been looking forward to this post since I made a goal this summer to have my summer capsule wardrobe be comprised of predominantly secondhand. The idea behind this was to slowly shift the secondhand/vintage part of my wardrobe to being the dominant part, while reducing my new consumption.

Everybody has those moments when they wish they had a more colourful style and want to add more colourful clothes to their wardrobes, but ultimately fall back into their tried and true pieces which are often neutrals or subdued colours.
