You know how they say that the true test of a relationship is building Ikea furniture together? I’m going to have to say it’s filling out ei paperwork. Holy shit.

I am not even going to get into how bad it was, but I thought my rising blood pressure was going to cause a stroke. And then at the end of it, it couldn’t even be submitted because his last employer hasn’t uploaded his ROE to the portal.

So he has to deal with that shit tomorrow, and I told him that he is not allowed to talk to me for the rest of the evening.

Yes, he is currently unemployed, and I am going to lose my mind because he was supposed to start on a new show this week, and he got notified this morning that the show has been shelved, so nope.

It is not happening.

I can’t with that industry. It is way too unpredictable and unstable for my stress levels.

But so is this one, and I really need to figure out what I am going to do because AI is decimating things for me while it is also stealing my content.

Moving on.

I love this green shopper bag. It’s like a true, bright green and is so spring-like. This week is supposed to be warm and rainy, so I hope that it starts to make things green again.

The winter greyness seems extra long this year.

I sold a bundle on Poshmark this morning which doesn’t happen often, so I packed it up quickly and dropped it off today.

And while I was on my way back home, I swung into H&M and Zara to check out the new arrivals. Which is where I saw the green bag.

I also tried on this jacket shirt thing. I don’t even know what to classify it as, but I absolutely would wear it as a shirt. I love the shape and exaggerated peplum.

I also need more linen and linen-blend pieces in my life because I feel like this summer is going to be a doozy, and these trousers were nice.

They are long (on me) and would need a crop or alteration, but I like the way they fit and look.

And while I am not a shorts person, as you know, I am a newfound Bermuda shorts person, and I liked the length of these when I had them on.

Note: I did go up from my regular size when I tried them, so they were more relaxed. I find that they look too “officewear” if they are fitted.

Also note that I only tried the black, I tend to avoid cream or white pants/shorts because they are often a bit see-through, and I am too tired to deal with that shit on top of everything else.

There are a lot of bodysuits out there right now as well, which is kind of disappointing because I can’t see myself wearing any, especially as it gets hotter.

A tight bodysuit is not conducive to comfort.

I am all about loose and relaxed, because dressing to make myself appear smaller is not in my mental roster anymore.

I am good with where I am.

Oh, also, before I go. My Instacart person dropped off my groceries in the handbasket that he stole from the grocery store.

I feel like it was accidental, and he left it with me to pawn off the stolen property, so that is super fun.

Anyway, try to have a good week.
