In front of my desk is a floor-to-ceiling window that has a long vertical blind that I need to keep partially pulled at all times since the sun blasts through most of the day.

I just spent an inordinate amount of time watching the outline of a spider behind the curtain and trying to figure out if it was walking on the inside or the outside of the window.

Obviously, my preference was outside, but I didn’t want to move the blind just in case it was inside and then it fell, disappearing somewhere on the floor. It was pretty big.

I finally gave up and went out onto the balcony to verify. I hate going onto the balcony because the sliding screen door always comes off the track and I have to pop it back in which can take a bit and makes my hands greasy.

Anyway, drumroll…he is outside. Crisis averted since I just lost visual contact with him.

That was exciting times.

I have done something different this week for the post. And not to be that person who says, “a lot of people have asked me about…” and then they proceed to link a bunch of things no one probably asked them about.

A lot of you legit asked me about the new-secondhand leather Le Pliage bag I got (wearing outfit 4), and I told some of you that I would spend time finding a few to make a roundup to share.

So down below is a collection of listings of the Le Pliage Cuir bags in a variety of colours.

The Cuir part means leather, and it can help when searching to narrow things down, although a lot of listings do not have the Cuir part in the lisitng, so you can’t depend on that as a keyword.

Searching through is the best option, but it is time-consuming because even the nylon versions have leather on them.

In my search, I noticed that eBay had the best prices, especially via Japanese resellers.

They seem to overstate the damage and then price what they believe is a fair price, and this is often a lot lower than what you will find by other sellers, and on Poshmark.

I have bought bags from Japanese resellers that listed the condition as a 5/10, and when I got it, it was in almost pristine shape.

Although, shopping on Poshmark does give you a chance to bargain the price lower, so I included a couple from there that I could find.

The navy blue bag is from the same reseller I bought from, and I adore that colour.

If I was buying another it would be the navy, or the cobalt blue since that is colour that was just heavily featured at the recent Celine show and feels like it might be a colour of the season.

And before signing off, I wanted to share with anyone who wanted a pair of the Adidas Taekwondo Mei ballet flats (like my white lace-up ones).

Adidas Canada now has them in a sleek all-black with sizes 6-9 including half sizes, in stock.

I am tempted, but I don’t need a second pair.

Le Pliage Cuir bags roundup is below.
