This is the collection of outfits that I wore two weeks ago that I didn’t get posted last week. Since I didn’t really do much dressing this past week I figured I would do the missed week instead.

It was a bit warmer that week than it is going to be this upcoming week but I hope to get back at outfit planning if I can motivate myself.

I’m still waiting for the whole March in Like a Lion Out Like a Lamb to take effect because it still seems pretty lionish at the moment. I froze my ass off today picking up some groceries.

I ended up picking up a new front door mat from Simons when I was out because it was cat-shaped.

We needed a new one anyway because our actual cat uses the current one as a scratching post.

And it was too thick.

Honestly, I figured since the door easily slid over the other one it would fit no problem.

So now I have to put back the old crusty one, and this other one is like the front doormat without being in front of the door, because I already pulled the tags off of it.

That’s what I get for wanting to buy something just because it is shaped like a cat head.

It would be good for an outside front door mat, but we aren’t allowed to keep things like that outside our door.

We need one inside because our shoes make a mess of the front hall and this helps to clean them a bit.

I should have picked up a funny one from Spirit Halloween this past season when I was thinking about it.

Now I have to wait until August.

I was going to say that I didn’t buy anything this week besides some Copic marker refills for my youngest (Copic markers are soooo expensive), but I just remembered that I ordered some vintage Levis last night.

These are a pair that I have shared in a couple of capsule wardrobes that I loved and I said that I would wait, and if no one bought them after a certain period of time I would.

And when I checked, they were still there and on sale so I grabbed them.

They are coming from Malaysia but they ship via Fedex so they will be here super fast.

They are a 517 which is Caroline Besette’s favourite style, but I got them to fit a bit more snuggly than the typical jeans I wear.

A men’s 31 waist I believe, with a 28.5 inseam which will be a nice ankle length for spring and summer.

I should probably clear out some of the pairs that I don’t wear. Maybe I’ll do an Instagram sale. That always weirds me out though.

It’s probably easier on Poshmark so I don’t have to deal with the crazy mailing documentation and tariff bullshit.

We will see.
