I have been noticing an increased darkness in the bags under my eyes which is super fun and probably my shit quality sleep is finally catching up to me externally. Because I already know it’s affecting me internally.
We all love an eye bag that concealer can’t fix.
To try and improve things I am trying to up the water intake as well but I hate it so much which makes it hard when you’re drinking and gagging simultaneously.
Anyway, it is the end of September and it doesn’t feel like summer is over. It was another hot one today, making me nervous since our building turns off the air conditioning on Thanksgiving weekend which is Oct 14th this year.
I cannot foresee the temps dropping dramatically before then but I hope to be proved wrong because I want to greet jacket season with open arms. Although, the leaves are starting to turn bit so I guess that is a good sign.
On to fashion. As per watching the various fashion weeks over the last month something notable was what I guess can be termed The Wrong Jacket Theory which is like the wrong shoe theory, but obviously with jackets.
Pairing a jacket that is a contrasting vibe to your outfit, seems like kind of a no-brainer to me. Like when it is freezing out and you are going someplace dressy, but you give no shits so you wear your parka over the top instead of a dressy jacket.
Like that but intentional versus necessity.
That and over-the-knee boots, so dig them out if you still have them because it is time to breathe new life into them again.
