I had some errands to run today so I stopped into the H&M because it has been under renovation for a few months and recently reopened.

I hadn’t been in yet, so I wanted to check it out.

For some reason it looks a lot bigger even though it is in the same location. It has a much more boutique kind of feel.

A little bit like Aritizia in its setup.

It was ridiculously busy though, so I didn’t stay for a long time. I did notice at one point though my knuckle was stinging.

And when I looked at it there was a big cut and blood was running down my finger/hand. Not a great time for that. I didn’t have any tissues or bandaids in my bag so I had to use an old receipt to staunch the flow.

That was a fun way to start, since I hadn’t even begun my errands at that point.

Receipts don’t make good absorbent wraps.

I did find two t-shirts though. It brought me straight back to 1995, one women’s and one men’s. These are literal replicas of the baby tee and men’s tee versions that we had back then.

Did you have either one?

I’m kind of thrilled about it. Well worth having to wear a receipt bandaid while I waited in line.

I also found the sweater that I bought from Banana Republic for super sale. I didn’t know it was on the website. It is more of an off-white than cream in person though.
