It has been about three weeks since I got my new body pillow, so I figured that it has been a long enough time to give my proper feelings about it.

I am a body pillow type of person. As a side sleeper I need to have a support that runs the whole length of me otherwise I wake up with a back and neck ache.

I used an underwhelming and unsupportive one for a while and then it exploded feathers everywhere.

And by everywhere I mean exactly how you see it in movies.

I didn’t help that when I took the pillowcase off it was directly in front of my fan blowing high power.

So yes, it was slightly horrifying and very comical in an “I didn’t think things like this really happened” kind of way.

Anyway, back to the body pillow. I chose one from Amazon based on the reviews, and it was/is a winner.

It is very long at 20×54 inches and when it comes it expands to a lot of fullness which makes it hard to sleep with a bit for the first few days, but it settles and adjusts.

There is a bit of configuration when I switch my sides during the night because of its size but for the price I highly recommend this body pillow if you are looking for one that is substantial yet soft.
