Weekly Reads and Finds

A white background with 25 items that I have caught my attention this week.

It is my 43rd birthday as I am typing this because it is officially past midnight and now the 6th. I got a really late start today because my teen got some really devastating news about a friend and the day has been shit.

So we are not doing anything special tomorrow. We’ll just lie low and let her take time to heal and process.

I did buy myself some boots for my birthday, and they arrived today, and I am in love.

I was a bit iffy about the sizing, and they are a tad big, but I think if I sized down I think that they would be too small.

They are a great statement boot with a heel that is totally walkable. I can’t do high heels. I’ve actually sold and donated anything that has a heel that is too high for me to handle anymore.

So cheers to a fun new pair of boots and cheers to my 43rd year.
