I wasn’t feeling very inspired with what I wore this past week.
The weather was cool really early on and then it all went back to the hell temps which make me not want to do anything but sit in front of a fan and bitch about the hell temps.
I still haven’t done anything with my closet shelf collapse. It’s in a state of chaos and is going to involve a lot of work to get it back together.
I need to go through Ikea website and figure out what I want to get to fix it. I’m thinking a freestanding rack, and maybe a tall shelf or something.
I had a lot of stuff stored across the top shelf so having a freestanding shelf will be really useful.
I just don’t want to spend a fortune since this place is a rental and I will most likely leave the pieces behind for the next people.
I could try to just re-install the stuff that fell, but on closer inspection, it looks like this wasn’t the first time it happened.
There was a lot of drywall hole patching underneath.
Our mall seems to be back to an almost full opening status, with the exception of a few stores and restaurants.
I haven’t gone down and probably won’t for a few weeks unless I absolutely need something.
But it’s nice to know that it is an option.
My friend sent this recipe a few days ago after I saw her eating it again on Instagram. She said it is so good it is in regular rotation.
I might give it a try soon because it looks fantastic.
I am very much a sandwich kind of person. A big deli sandwich is the stuff of dreams.
sandwiches are something that I could easily live off of…even with that much butter involved 😉
