SHOP THE POST

How many times can someone watch a 24 part video lecture on the Black Death? This is probably my 4th time and I am still learning new things.

Is there a museum that just focuses on the medieval period? If there is then that has moved to the top of my bucket list.

A caved this week and bought that oversized leather jacket that I have debated about for the last almost year. I’ve kept the tab open on my computer for the whole duration and when the Zara sale came around I jumped on to buy it immediately and it still sold out within seconds.

It was $69 which was an awesome deal, and I was so bummed. I literally kept the tab open the entire sale in the hopes that it restocked due to returns. It did restock but at full price.

I decided to bite the bullet. I figure if I have been stalking it this long, then I should probably at least give it a shot to see if I even like it.

I wanted an oversized one for a long time, and while I love my more fitted style, I really like the look of the oversized one when paired with bulky sweaters. It’s hard to wear my fitted one with a sweater underneath without developing those robotically stiff sausage arms.

I tried some men’s leather jackets that we have come across in thrift stores but they always look just a tad too big. This one is oversized but cut for a women’s body so the shoulders don’t end up drooping halfway down your arms.

I am pleased with this purchase.

*I really love those Anthropologie Cleobella Soho animal weekender bags. If they weren’t so expensive (especially with the exchange rate) I would order one. I think my favourite is the snake design that I just saw on their website.
