I always look forward to this post because I love hunting down preloved and vintage items, but also, it is one that is quite easy for me. I rarely run into issues or creative blocks. It runs smoothly and seamlessly, and I usually get it out early.
Not today, though. Today I woke with a monster headache, with a heavy lean into migraine territory so I was off to a very late start today.
But I got it done, and I found some really great pieces for a variety of tastes and styles that I hope you love as much as I do.
First, we will maintain this Napoleon jacket train, and if you were still looking to get on board as an early adopter, then it is still a good time.
This green one reminds me of the one I bought around 2003 that I still have, but no longer fits.
Then I found a truly epic worn-in vintage leather moto. This is so classic and such a great example of the perfect leather moto.

These Prada t-strap kitten heels are perfection.
Literally the only heels that you need in your wardrobe.
I always talk about vintage Gap leather, but have I ever talked about vintage Gap denim? Truly good denim. The wash of these with the markings and slight distressing is perfect.
The inseam is about 27″ so it would make a great cropped length for spring and summer, because sometimes you want that ankle break between pants and shoes.

Sheer is still taking over the trend cycle and these are two great examples of how to implement sheer without having to showcase your bra or underwear.
This first one is a vintage bed jacket which can be layered over anything for that perfect finishing piece. It would even look amazing and so intentional over a graphic t-shirt.
This second one from Betsy Johnson would pair well with a summer dress, specifically a slip dress, because it would look like it was a matching set and be very vintage 30s/40s looking.

These next two speak for themselves.
The red leather jacket? I mean, come on. It is bloody spectacular, and I would swipe this up in a minute if I could.
And a Duran Duran baseball tee from the 80s that doesn’t cost many hundreds of dollars? Amazing. You wouldn’t regret it if you love Duran Duran.

Vintage Anne Klein jewellery is always a favourite and since I am a Leo, I love all things feline, especially lion jewellery.
Roberto Cavalli seems to be having a moment. Specifically, Y2K era pieces and the prices are starting to reflect it.
This multi coloured animal print blazer would be the perfect statement piece because we all know that I love a statement jacket.

Dude. This 1920s beaded bag is one of the best things I have seen in a long time. This green and the fringe at the bottom. So special.
Escada is another brand I love, and when I saw the neck on this vintage bomber jacket, I was immediately drawn in.
I can’t pass up a funnel neck.

These Moschino cheetah print trousers remind me of a pair I had during the Y2K era that I lived in. Like, LIVED in.
I called them my Scary Spice pants.
When people say black is boring, it pisses me off because in this bag alone, check out all the textures. It is like a leather, snake print, and pony hair chequered board with a Gucci-esque style bamboo handle.

And finally we have first a trench by Sonia Rykiel, which is so not like a traditional trench which makes it so much better. This is the kind of trench you want in your closet.
Something outside the box.
The last piece is a cute little kitten heel mule with detailed lacing down the toe.
I said this is going to be the summer of mules for me, and this would be something that I would wear.

That is it for this week, friends.
I’m still feeling a little battered by the migraine, so I am attempting to go to bed early. It’s hot and uncomfortable in here though, so I am not certain how that will play out.
Have a good one, and take care of yourselves.
