It was an incredibly beautiful day today, albeit a tad windy, so I purposely slowed my errands in order to enjoy the outside for longer. The extra daylight was a bonus because it wasn’t dark when I came home.

I did do a quick spin around the mall because I had to go to the post office, and it is the closest location.

So I walked through both Simons and then Zara before heading to the grocery store to pick up some groceries for dinner.

Simons had some Ralph Lauren pieces that were awesome, but so out of my price range that they were on an entirely different planet. 2K for the cardigan that caught my eye, so I noped out of there quickly.

We are also getting a new Winners opening nearby, which will be my downfall when it comes to animals dressed as humans wall art. They always seem to have an eclectic selection, and one usually comes home with me when I go in.

I literally have three sitting here propped against the wall because I have no place to put them. But the collection will continue until I get my own office/library someday, and I can plaster the walls.

One needs to plan for the future.

If anyone is looking for something to watch, I highly recommend North of North. It’s truly a great show, and the next season is in production, so there won’t be a long wait for season two.

I have just completed my third rewatch. It is like a comfort show to me now, like Schitt’s Creek, and Friends (before they removed it from Netflix).

Over the past two weeks, I sold about $500 worth of stuff on Poshmark, and the money has just cleared, so I can’t promise the spending hiatus will remain on this week, but I will only be using some of the Poshmark money.

Two things are on my mind: the green version of the plaid I love (which I have in red and blue already) just came in, and there is a vintage Versace bag that I have been stalking for about 3 months that is gloriously a bit gaudy and quite inexpensive.

Probably because no one wants it due to it being gloriously a bit gaudy.

So maybe those two things, which would be about $150, because I have some discount vouchers in my H&M account, and then the rest will go to taxes.

I am visualising the plaid with some khaki trousers, sort of like a grungy preppy look. I could cuff them with some sneakers and striped sports socks, or maybe tuck them into slouchy short boots.

This is the thought process I go through before giving myself permission to buy something new. I has to be easy to wear with what I already own.

And that is all I can think of for the weekly update. I won’t say have a good week because that is not possible, so instead I will say, keep hanging on.
