The Toronto Taylor Swift concerts are tonight, this weekend and a few days next week, so it is a really good thing that neither myself nor my girls are swifties because we would be having major fomo right now. There is no way we could ever possibly get tickets for the prices they went for.

It is absolutely ludicrous and laughable. It is also absurd that they temporarily renamed some downtown streets Taylor Swift Way for the duration.

People are strange.

That being said, I made no new purchases this week, and Canada Post went on strike today which means no new online purchases in the foreseeable future.

I am glad that I got the majority of my Christmas shopping done already, but there is one item that I preordered back in July that has shipped and will now be stuck in the mail system until the strike is over.

Unfortunately, that was going to be a birthday gift for my oldest, since all birthdays here except mine fall at the end of November and near Christmas.

Now I am going to have to do some reconfiguring and hope it arrives for Christmas.

In case you missed it, I posted a wardrobe yesterday to help you replicate Carolyn Bessette’s style.
