This past week has been pretty chaotic and stressful, probably because it’s the end of the month, bills are due, and all I really want to do is sleep.

My husband should be going back to work soon which will alleviate some of the stress, and I hope it allows me to get into a better routine of taking care of myself.

I don’t think I have done any kind of physical exercise besides walking for the last year and it is really starting to take it’s toll on me both physically and mentally.

Especially since the extreme hot weather will be here sooner rather than later and I absolutely will not feel like going for long walks in that.

My building actually has a gym, but I have never even stepped inside of it.

I probably should check it out at some point.

It’s funny because we are directly across from the YMCA and I can see right into the top floor which is where the track and gym equipment is, and the random times of day that I see people in there working out is so interesting.

Kudos to those 3 am exercise people. I tip my hat to you.

My vintage 90s Moschino blue tiger print blazer arrived this week and I love it. I wore it today which you can see here.

I also included one in my capsule wardrobe post his week In case you missed it. I went all secondhand and vintage in it, and I also shared some of my thrifting tips.
