I haven’t done a what I wore post in a few weeks, so I figured it was time to get back into the groove last week. I think I predominantly stayed in my pyjamas for the duration of Christmas Holidays.

Now the snow is supposed to be coming this week, so I should have taken advantage of the dry weather before. I don’t want to dig out my winter boots.

I had to run out to do some errands today and figured I would pick some stuff up for dinner. I was on a roll so I ended up meal planning for the week on the spot.

That is something that I have never done, so I am somewhat impressed with how fast I did it without writing anything down.

My closest grocery store is getting a renovation, so it’s like learning the ropes again.

I’ve been going there for 10 years and it hasn’t changed much, so this is an exciting new development.

Small things please me, apparently.

We were also supposed to use the holidays to get our sleeping in check, but it got worse, so now I feel like we all need to stay up for 24 hours to reset ourselves.

I have no idea how this bullshit got so out of control. We need to have a sleep intervention, I think.

When I was errand running, I went into COS because I saw on the website that they brought back the pants that I wanted from last year and I wanted to check and see if they had them.

They do. But not in my size.

The annoying thing about COS in Canada is that your choice is to hope they have it in the store and if they don’t you have to order it online which isn’t Canadian so you have to pay an exchange rate and duties which ends up being twice the cost of the pants than if you bought them in store.

They need to figure out the Canadian market accessibility better. Like, do they not bring in sizes from other stores if someone pays for them ahead of time?

We used to do inter-store transfers all the time when I worked retail. I figured that was the norm.

Oh well. I guess I will just keep checking back.
