On Friday, I got an email from our condo letting everyone know that the yearly in-suite fan coil maintenance happens this week. This means they will be coming into our unit to clean and replace the filters.
We have two units here, one in the bedroom and one in the living room and I have been spending the entire weekend trying to get things cleaned and moved around so they can get access to them.
Thankfully our floor is scheduled for Friday, so I have several more days to get it done, but man this is a pain in the ass.
I miss the ease of the process when during covid they just brought the filters and left them at the front door, and we just swapped them out and left the old ones in their place.
I don’t really want people walking through here.
On a positive note I found something that makes dinnertime so much easier.
Merle is on a gnocchi kick and the Olivieri Skillet Gnocchi literally takes 5 minutes to prepare.
She eats it 3 times a week.
She prefers the cheese stuffed flavour. All I do is fry them in garlic butter for 5 minutes until golden, and then add salt, pepper, and grated parmesan.
Then it’s done, and she is happy as shit.
It is so nice when I can find something that they like to eat that also is easy to make and generally makes my life easier.
