I woke up with a mega headache today, which sucks because there is so much stuff that I needed to finish by tonight that I am trying to do with my head pounding.

I spent some time this weekend printing off and organizing my stuff for school.

I worked on some assignments as they are due the 31st, 1st, and 2nd, so I probably should really, really get my shit together.

I tend to produce better things while under stress, but the process of waiting until the last moment really sucks and probably contributed to the headache.

I learned something useful this weekend that I shared on Instagram stories. I always did well at math. I enjoyed it and took accounting courses just for fun to see if I could do it, and yet still never knew this useful piece of information.

I feel like if teacher’s shared this with their students, it would make things easier for some of them.

Percentages are reversible. 8% off 25 is the same as 25% of 8. When I sit back and think about it, it makes total sense because that is how multiplication works, but my mind never would have computed this on its own.

Anyway, back to business.

I saw a picture of a house with red velvet curtains today, and now I want red velvet curtains.

I can’t really hang curtains in the living room since the windows are weirdly shaped and curved. I could probably put a set in front of the balcony door though because the blinds are broken there, and curtains would be easier to draw across.

Plus, the sun blasts through those windows first thing, which can be too bright depending on my mood.

I am currently hunting for a secondhand trench coat.

I have two trench coats, but the one that I really want is a vintage Aquascutum. I have been searching high and low for one that is exactly what I am looking for, but so far they aren’t checking all the boxes or they are in the wrong size.

So if I find one, then I will probably just sell one of my others on Poshmark since I try to practice the one in one out concept in order to not have an overwhelming wardrobe.

I exercised two days this week, which is actually huge for me since I haven’t implemented any regular exercise through the last two years.

I am going to aim for 4 days this week.

Stay safe
