Our new place is starting to look put together now. Tom got sick of all the boxes lying around so he started hanging up our pictures and emptying the miscellaneous crap we had.
Our walls and shelves are organized chaos now which I’m sure is overwhelming to a lot of people but works well for us.
The other apartment still needs a lot of work and it’s hard since everything is still closed.
We can’t just run down to the hardware store to pick something up. We also can’t just drive down to any of our donation centres to drop off the piles of stuff we have sitting up there ready to donate.
It’s frustrating. I’m not really sure what we are going to do with the stuff.
Our premier admitted that they made a mistake shutting things down so many times, but here we are still locked down.
It’s exhausting.
