Okay, so I am now officially down to 1430 links that still need to be fixed. If you don’t know what the hell I am talking about you can see yesterday’s post which I actually managed to finish this week.
Are we fully moved yet? Nope. We need to tackle that shit 100% next week. Then we can focus on cleaning and cosmetic repairs.
On February 27th New Balance released their collaboration with the Paris brand Casablanca and put out some pretty spectacular sneakers…and they sold out fast.
In true Sara fashion I missed the boat and thought I was shit out of luck with finding a pair.
I saw one of my favourite over 40 fashion Instagram follows wearing them and she inspired me to keep hunting down a pair. Did I find them?
Drumroll…
Yep! I scored a pair in my size. I had to pair a little more than they were originally asking, but that is usually the way when something sells out so fast.
I love them and wore them today.
They are the 327 model and are so 1970s retro looking in the best possible way ever. They are in a nice neutral colour (I got the black and white with pink accents).
I usually wear a size 8-8.5 in women’s and got these in a men’s 7 which fit perfect. I haven’t seen them in stock in any stores right now (fingers crossed for a restock), but I did find a lot on eBay.
This is my colour combination, and this is the green combo.
I can’t wait to wear them with dresses.
I love a great sneaker.
