I am starting this with a small celebratory cheer over the fact that I actually worked out 5 times this week. I don’t think in the history of my almost 40 years that I have ever worked out for 5 consecutive days.
I had a little try on session at Zara today that was an epic failure, but I did buy myself a Gyro which made everything all better. And that about rounds up my week 😉
Have a great weekend!
