Have you seen Bohemian Rhapsody, the Queen biopic yet? It was fantastic.

Yes, the timeline was a little off, but it was well done in my opinion, and I’ve listened to Queen non-stop since.

I am also addicted to those YouTube videos that have people’s reaction to listening to Bohemian Rhapsody for the first time.

I wish I could have that experience of listening to it for the first time again. I don’t even know when I first heard it, it just has always seemed to be a song I’ve known.

In honour of Freddy Mercury, and the great movie (you should go see it. seriously) I included a Queen shirt in today’s packing list. I actually have wanted this tee, but my Hot Topic doesn’t have it, so I need to scour the internet until I find it elsewhere.

One of the top things on my bucket list is to travel during the Christmas season and visit as many European Christmas markets as I can.

Vienna (Austria in general) is well-known for it’s Christmas markets and is a factoring reason behind this weeks request. They also have Krampus which we all know is something else that I am dying to see in person.

This packing list is for 10 days in Vienna, Austria.

For what to pack for Vienna, Austria to be dressed appropriately, take note that Austria is more prone to clearer weather due to its location.

It still rains and snows in the winter though, so shoes that can handle getting wet are necessary.

Scarves, knit hats, and gloves are also must bring for this winter packing list. If you are not accustomed to the cold then you might want to bring some thermal base layers as well, or at least fleece-lined leggings and things that layer well.

A mid-weight winter coat works well, and something with a hood is a good idea if you like to hide from the elements.

It’s been averaging around 0°C for the past few days, and while it is brisk I love the feeling of the colder air hitting my face.

You can easily spot the people who are either not used to cold weather, or sensitive to cold because they are the ones walking around with scarves covering their faces already.

This is some of my favourite weather.

A quick note to remember if you are travelling during Christmas is to make sure that you research really well what the holiday hours are for anything you want to see.

Many countries have extended closings during Christmas and you may miss out on seeing various sites if you don’t plan well.

Are you a winter weather type of person?
