Can you wear black in summer? This is common question across the fashion world and something similar might have run through your mind when you saw this post. The quick answer?

Yes.

The summer season is one of the easiest times to lean into a romantic style wardrobe because this is the time of year when you are going to see the most lightweight, flowy, and feminine pieces in the stores.

As the warm weather approaches, a lot of women want to embrace the allure of the French girl aesthetic for summer 2024. This trend, often referred to as “French girl summer,” encapsulates the very essence of effortless Parisian chic.

I have been looking forward to this post since I made a goal this summer to have my summer capsule wardrobe be comprised of predominantly secondhand. The idea behind this was to slowly shift the secondhand/vintage part of my wardrobe to being the dominant part, while reducing my new consumption.
