I am going to pat myself on the back right now so bear with me. I have consistently exercised 5 out of seven days for the last two weeks. I have never consistently exercised in my life, so this is huge for me.

Forty-two years of bad habits are hard to break, but I am trying and hope to see some positive results from it.

Although I need to learn to drink more water (I hate water)…baby steps. I don’t mind carbonated, flavoured water.

It doesn’t make me gag, so that is a plus.

I think my big project for this weekend is to gather all the little random piles of things that I want to donate, and put them all in an organized are so Tom can drive them down to the donation center with his work truck.

The way I have to weave around piles of crap almost feels like I am walking through a maze, or even worse, those hoarders houses that you see on television.

It will be nice to not have to look at them anymore.

It’s like physical and mental clutter, and it is exhausting.

In honour of warmer days, I pulled out the balcony chair cushions and put them on them today and a pigeon immediately shit on one.

So that was super fun.
