I have noticed that I have been sleeping better lately. Deeper and more restful, but I am still going to bed way too late, so it cancels out the good sleep, and I need to fix that. I have been trying, but I think it has gotten worse.
I’m so annoyed that the green sweater in the roundup is not available on the Canadian site. It’s my favourite colour, and it is so disappointing when we don’t get the same colour variations of the products. Ugh.
That happened last year with one of my favourite Gap sweaters. I got the brown, and I liked it so much that I wanted the navy blue too, but we never got it. I love their 100% cotton sweaters.
I don’t change the products that I use on my skin very often. I have literally been using the same ones with the addition of a new one here and there for at least 10 years. Longer for some other products.
That being said, one thing I added to my nighttime regimen over the last two years that I think has made a massive difference is using a face oil at the end to seal everything in. My current oil is the Sacred Flower Face Oil.
I usually use the fermented rose hip oil from The Ordinary, but the last time I ran out and tried to order some, it was out of stock, so I tried the above one after a friend recommended it.
Both are Canadian-made products.
In case you missed it, I posted a quieter, more minimal wardrobe yesterday, but it still had the same meaning as the recent ones that I have put together.
Quieter, but no less meaningful.
