I watched an Instagram reel today from someone who was doing a vintage haul. This was like a vintage haul that you have never seen before.
It showed me how rich people do vintage hauls because she easily had about 75K worth of items.
Don’t get me wrong, they were glorious, but geez, my brain can’t even comprehend living in that kind of universe.
I feel bad when I share items that are a couple of hundred on here. Can you imagine if I shared a 25K dress?
Now on to my non multi-thousand dollar choices for the night.
First is an Armani cashmere blazer from the 90s with an asymmetrical button front. We all know that I love an asymmetric detail.
Diesel is making its rounds again with the rise in Y2K trending, and this leather jacket is so interesting and fun. I love the bright blue accent.

I almost gatekept this Moschino blazer, but as much as I love it, I am not buying anything right now.
The stitching reminds me of old comic book graphics.
This bag caught my eye because of all the different textures. It is leather on the front side with almost scale-like details and zippers, but on the back, it is leather and calf hair.
It also looks like it slouches well, which is another Y2K trend. The return of the super slouchy leather bag.

Every time I search for vintage Gap it brings me such nostalgic joy.
These khakis would be fantastic for spring and summer, and the lace front detailing makes them different that traditonal khakis.
I guarantee there is a huge influx of people searching vintage Calvin Klein at the moment, and in my search for it, I came across this pure silk tunic.
I think it would be fantastic paired with some black or denim kick flares and ballet flats.
And if you really wanted to make it modern, you could wear those open-toed socks with them.

Spring is on the horizon and flats are on my mind.
Which first brings me to these white and black ones that I would love to see paired with cuffed denim.
The second pair are Louboutins, and I have been chasing a spiked flat or loafer like this for YEARS.
I missed out on a white spiked loafer, and I have yet to recover.

These red and black vintage Miu Miu kind of remind me of my red and black boots.
Such a walkable heel.
I still have my Body Shop Against Animal Testing t-shirt from the early 90s, but the one thing that always annoyed me was that it was printed on the back.
I always wanted it boldly across the front like this vintage sweatshirt.
This one is tempting.

Red sunglasses are a fun and easy way to add some colour without having to make a huge commitment to your outfit.
Any colour really, but these red ones caught my eye.
Animal brooches are a weakness, and this whale is beautiful.
If you ever watched Extraordinary Attorney Woo you would know that this is something she would have loved as well.

I don’t always hunt for vintage secondhand, I look for modern pieces as well, like this really cute bag that would be perfect for spring and summer.
The yellow part is calf hair, while the polka dot is leather.
Do you want to add a touch of interest to your outfit?
How about a chain belt like this vintage Chaps Ralph Lauren that still has tags.

Speaking of vintage Ralph Lauren, you can never go wrong with their sweaters. especially the 100% cotton versions since they need no special care.
And lastly, being someone who is a sucker for vintage graphic t-shirts, this one is really fun.
I also love that it is light blue.

That is it for this week. No 25K dresses, although I have seen some scary increases in prices since the Carolyn Bessette series came out, which is something that I will talk about in my next post.
Making these posts is hard for my no shopping promise because while I am going through hundreds of listings, there are always things that I try to convince myself that I need.
It is really a battle to restrain. Anyway, take care of yourselves.
