I had a strong pull towards the 90s and Y2K feminine style of dressing this week, which leans heavily into flowers and floral print. While I am not very girly-girl when it comes to dressing, I do very much like to pair a strongly feminine piece with something masculine or edgy.
It is all about balance, and I love making outfits with a focus on juxtaposition.
So to start off, I found a couple of feminine cardigans.
I love using cardigans as a light jacket layer in the warmer months.
This first vintage Moschino is very minimalist with two rosebuds on the pockets. The second has a more Dolce & Gabbana vibe with the overt flower print.
Speaking of D&G, I have a perfect sundress a little further down.

How about some green, cropped trousers by Jil Sander?
Pair them with a simple tank top and some sandals or mules, and they become a great way to add some colour to your spring and summer wardrobe.
I really love finding leather in colours that are outside the norm, like this vintage, pink leather midi skirt.
This skirt would easily adapt to many different style aesthetics.

If you like the thrill of a bidding auction, then this vintage Gucci Jackie bag is up for auction or buy it now.
I love the colour, and based on the buckle, which is the same as mine, I would say this is from the Tom Ford era which is my favourite era of Gucci.
Or how about some cute metallic mules with a tiny wedge? These are so cute and would pair well with dresses, skirts, shorts, and jeans…so pretty much everything.

Here is the D&G sundress, which basically screams Dolce & Gabbana with its floral print and lingerie-esque style.
It’s like the perfect summer sundress.
The second dress is very 90s and is actually a vintage Anne Taylor from that era. This was a time when the quality of fast fashion brands was so good.
Just look at the lining! And it has buttons up the back.
The whole dress is perfection.

Always, always, always search for vintage Anna Sui because you will find pieces like this jacket.
We love Anna Sui, both old and new.
Okay, so this bag is by Furla, and I literally just bought one similar off of Poshmark. The sides of this unzip to extend, and the extender piece is coloured leather.
In the photos of this, they do not show it unzipped, but when I zoomed I could see that the colour is either off-white or grey. In mine, it is red.
I have actually had it on my watch list for a while, but she offered it to me for $45, so I grabbed it.
The photos are not great and I think there are some scratches in the leather, but that is part of the charm.

More Anna Sui with this scarf that has such a great style and print. It also has that D&G vibe and would look fabulous paired with that sundress (wear it over your hair).
Some vintage Prada suede sports mules. These are in incredible condition, and the suede looks almost new.
I really like how minimalist yet sporty they are.

Another vintage suede midi skirt with leather trim on the waistband and pockets. Yes, pockets, and deep ones at that.
I actually really love this skirt, it is the kind that I would seek out for myself if I were in the market. Or maybe I am in the market now.
The sporty tank dress is very reminiscent of what Sporty Spice would have worn. It is like the perfect summer piece.

And lastly, because we love our accessories in the summertime, I have two fabulous necklaces.
Both are vintage.
The first one is one that I feel like going to put into my cart. It’s a really special piece.
The second one actually reminded me that I have one very much like this in my jewellery box.
This model is a lot more substantial than mine, and longer when worn to showcase its full length.
But long pendant necklaces are very on trend right now, and the vintage world is overflowing with them if you look.

That is it, and I am trying to control myself from adding things to cart.
See you next week for more vintage finds.
