Is anyone else’s stress manifesting in insomnia, headaches, and eye twitches? I’ve literally had an eye twitch on and off for 4 days and it is driving me crazy.
I also need some new glasses, so that may be part of the problem, but stress is definitely a huge contributor.
I miss the simplicity of the old days when my biggest struggle was walking around in shoes like this.
After the big snowstorm last week, we now have immense piles of snow everywhere. Tomorrow, the temperatures are going to be sunny and above zero.
The resulting mess shall be fun to navigate.
Anyway, a few weeks ago when I was stress shopping I bought some vintage Levi’s 517s that just arrived in the mail and they fit so well.
They are a bootcut and were the favourite style of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.
I can’t wait to wear them.
Yesterday I shared an outfit on my Instagram stories that I was excited to wear. I often play around with the Whering app to make outfits or inspire myself and this one came to mind.
It included a red and navy striped sweater that I got quite a few messages about, so I figured I would share it here as well.
It is from Simons and comes in five different colourways.
I love a good stripe, but I love it even more when it isn’t the classic black and white version. It is a print but a neutral print which mixes well with the animal print which is also considered a neutral.
That was a mouthful.
Things are bleak so have a little fun with your clothes.
*I get a lot of questions regarding the asymmetrical grey sweater in outfit 4. It is from & Other Stories and I often see it on the secondhand market.
It came in several colours (I have two of them) so you might not find the grey, but the mole which is a brownish-grey is a great colour as well. Poshmark, eBay, Vinted, and Grailed are several places I have seen it.
