I am pretty sure that I have cubital tunnel syndrome in my left elbow from constantly having it bent and leaning on it. I also sleep with my harm way pulled up tight which will make it worse, so I have to run out tomorrow to see if I can find an elbow brace to keep it straight while I sleep.

My hope is that I can catch it and let it heal before it gets bad enough that I need to see someone about it.

The realization of how often I have that arm bent is eye-opening because I keep catching myself and having to correct it. Which is another reason for that brace.

Anyway, that is my super fun bit of the week. I didn’t buy anything new this week either, even after trying a few things on in Zara that I liked.

I didn’t love them though, so I refuse to buy anything that is less than that feeling because it ends up usually being just a one season waste of money.
