As someone who works for themselves and has had to figure stuff out as they go along, I spent the afternoon figuring out schema.
In the groups that I belong to for people who own and run websites, I always see them talking about schema and how important it is, especially since Google keeps doing these updates that are decimating people’s search rankings.
So today I figured it out, kind of…at least to the best of my current ability.
Enough at least, to ensure that I have it correctly enabled on my site now.
I swear, I feel like I am making it up as I go along. It’s tiring and frustrating.
I spent the remainder of the time going around and collecting things to sell on Poshmark. I told my girls that if is left around and has been sitting there for a while then I am going to sell it.
Let’s see if that is motivating for them.
Screw closet clear-out, I am going full blown house clear out mode.
I also saw a few days ago that Poshmark is shuttering their Australia, India, and UK sites which was shocking.
They said it was to focus on the US and Canadian sites, but now I am wondering if we are next. I hope not.
On a side note, I didn’t realize how many pairs of jeans I had that I hadn’t worn in years. So many, and so many that don’t fit.
I’m not going to play the mental games of keeping them in hopes they will fit again someday. It just adds to the mental and physical clutter, so off they go leaving room for only the ones that fit and I wear.
