The stuff that I ordered from H&M from the sale came in, and it’s okay. I’m not in love with any of the pieces except the trousers which I will keep. I hate returning stuff.
The trousers check the boxes of what I was looking for, for this fall. Although I do need to hem them just a bit, maybe half an inch so that they don’t touch the ground when I am standing.
Other than that they check the boxes. I was looking for a wool or wool blend in grey or brown, with wide slouchy legs and a high waist.
I’m okay with the sweaters going back because I found some 90s sweaters on Etsy from a shop that was having a short 70% off sale.
I managed to get 4 sweaters for about $50 from Ukraine. They actually arrived today, but I was in the shower and missed the door, so now I have to wait until Monday to pick them up from the post office which is a pain in the ass.
Don’t sleep on Etsy.
It is a trove of vintage items and if you like them and add them to your favourites then many shop owners will send you a discount code, so check your notifications.
It kind of reminds me of eBay of the early years which I miss immensely.
