Holiday Gift Guide Weekly Reads and Finds

This week I have a combination of reading links and gift guide. I’m just too damn tired to do another post tomorrow. I’ve included things that I either have or are on my own Christmas list this year.

The badass in your life inspires some amazing things but that Dolly Parton sweatshirt is super badass.

Who doesn’t love Dolly?

I feel like we all have a lot less tolerance for bullshit right now so I really relate to these pieces. I want the gnome to put on my shelf.

The monster teapot is by Lenny Mud. I have two mugs from her that are my ultimate favourites. She makes great pieces.

Last week Facebook gave me a memory of Merle when she was two and wearing her lion coat. I remembered how much she loved that coat (we still have it).

Then I also remembered how they made a couple of styles in womens sizes.

This is the kid who if I told her that tomorrow I would be turning her into a cat…she would nod and tell me that she has been preparing her whole life for that moment.

Soooo, I went and found the wolf coat in a women’s small. She is in the awkward kids 12-13 – women’s xs/small now so this will be perfect.

It was also on sale.

I also forgot to add the No Stress Chess game. Thanks to The Queen’s Gambit it keeps selling out (along with all other kinds of chess sets).

I saw it back in stock today on Amazon so I grabbed it quick.

It was actually $20 cheaper for me to buy it off of Amazon US than the Canadian site which is obnoxious. It’s the shared Christmas gift for the girls.

I really need to get into bed at a decent time tonight. It’s catching up to me.

Stay safe.

  1. Lucky Puzzles just released a jigsaw puzzle of the She series collage. My nephew just started this company and it is part of their first introductions.

    • Oh wow! That’s a fantastic idea. The She Series is incredible and I love how it is expanding. I’ll check it out. I appreciate you letting me know 🙂
