Weekly Reads and Finds

I saw something on Instagram today that really resonated with me. Wearing facemasks is not the new accessory. For people that like to shop, this is just a good excuse to buy one that matches every outfit.

So true. While I only have two (a grey, and a floral) I find myself looking online for cool colours, prints, and styles. If this is going to be a regular part of our lives now I may invest in a third, but I don’t need 12.

The girls each have one, with two more coming in the mail from Etsy.

I think three is a good number for everyone.

People are really good for wearing masks here, how is it where you are?

The Zara sale started last night and I didn’t buy anything for myself.

I bought shorts for Merle but they were in my basket pre-sale that I was going to buy anyway, they just so happened to get marked down so that pushed my purchase so they wouldn’t sell out.

I won’t lie, I did have other things in my basket that sold out as I tried to purchase them but I didn’t bother trying to find anything else to replace them.

The Zara sale brings out the competitive side of me that I didn’t know existed :/

Doesn’t the skirt above remind you of the Pretty Woman polo dress.

Stay Safe.

  1. I think it would be fair to have a number of face masks that coordinates with how often you do laundry. If my siblings go back to school in the fall (they’re supposed to) I’m planning to make each of them six masks.

I wanted to suggest you add Aerie/American Eagle to your regular round up of links. I think you’d like some of their styles!

    • I agree. I think I might need at least 2-3 more masks. I think six is a good number for daily wear to school. Wear one, bring a back up just in case.

I actually love Aerie and AE but whenever I find something I like there are barely any sizes left so I don’t bother 😞 I hate linking things that are almost sold out, and those two seem to sell out fast for d sad one reason. There is a bodysuit there that I hope gets restocked though. I waited too long.
