Weekly Reads and Finds

We did the Toronto Zoo Scenic Safari on Monday and it was really fun.

Some of the animals decided not to cooperate and make themselves shown which obviously was a bit of a bummer but it was nice to actually get out for a bit.

I recommend it if you are in the area and can get tickets. I’m not sure if this is going to be a regular thing for the rest of the summer, because it seems like they are taking it on a week by week basis by selling tickets only 7 days in advance.

If you can get tickets, I advice aiming for a not really hot day if you can because you have to stop and start and the drive is very slow. The air gets pretty stagnant when you have the windows down and you aren’t moving fast.

I need to find a few other things for us to do this summer as a family like that in case things don’t all open back up.

We finally got the new shelf assembled for the kitchen and boy does it make a difference. It’s so crazy how much more spacious a room can feel if you utilize a small space properly.

I have so much more counter space than I have had in the last 5 years of living here.

I need to apply this process to the rest of the place.

Have a great weekend!

Stay Safe.
