Weekly Reads and Finds

Well, if there is anything that I learned to do while in quarantine it’s making macaroni and cheese from scratch. I can do it without looking at a recipe now, so that is my big achievement 😉

I came across this company that is local, who makes beautiful masks. They have hired seamstresses who were laid off as a result of everything shutting down.

Every weeknight at 10 pm they release a limited edition fabric that they will be making masks from. I missed the Alice which was amazing but I am hopping on tonight to try and get a different one.

I already have a few masks that I ordered off Etsy but these are local and really beautiful prints so I am going to attempt to get one before they sell out. I even set my alarm so I don’t miss it.

Are you wearing a mask when you go out now?

Side note: I really love that purple dress that is number one in the collage, but they don’t have it in my size right now. I am disappointed in myself for waiting because you don’t see things in that colour purple very often.
