I consider this week a write off. I wasn’t really feeling well and I was dealing with some anxiety for the first time ever. I usually deal with stress by compartmentalizing everything which I know isn’t healthy, but this week I couldn’t get my shit together and was having some anxiety attacks.
I’m doing alright now. I started taking magnesium supplements again and things have calmed. No more racing heart, or palpitations, the fatigue and brain fog are lifting. I’m hoping that was the last of that for a little while, and that next week will be better.
Onward and upward.

I’m glad to hear you’re feeling better and I’m sorry you had such a rough week. As usual, your finds and reads perked me up. The female Olympian I’ve never heard of was really a gem.
Thanks so much. I really appreciate it 🙂 I’m feeling pretty good this weekend so I hope it rolls through the week.
And yes, that female athlete truly was a gem.
