I’m fairly certain that the neighbourhood pigeons are purposely harassing my cat. We are one of over a hundred balconies on this side of the building and they all congregate on mine. He almost knocks himself out trying to lunge at them through the window. It’s funny to watch, but it prevents me from being able to leave the balcony door open because he would be through that screen in the blink of an eye. It does make for a messy balcony though 😉
