*I Think Tom bought me these for Christmas. I love them.
SHOP THE POST
Do you shop on Boxing Day? When I was a teenager my friend and I would spend Boxing Day walking the mall looking for ways to spend some of our Christmas money. For some reason the crowds didn’t bother us.
As I got older and worked in retail, and Boxing Day became the worst day of the year for me. It was always a nightmare of non stop counter-to-door lineups for 10 straight hours. Three years in a row my computer broke down during that day and I had to ring in every sale using handbills and a calculator. Then I had to input everything manually after the system was back up and running, and hope that the totals balanced. Then we all went out to drink 😉
I haven’t shopped in a mall on Boxing Day since then. I’ll stick to online.
