*Everlane has their jeans on for sale for $50 right now until midnight. I included a pair in my list so I thought I would mention the sale.

I also wanted to mention that my packing request list is officially full for the season and I won’t be able to squeeze any extras in due to the busyness of this time of year.

I’m sorry about that and hopefully one of the upcoming ones will work for you with some adaptations.

Before I go ahead with today’s post can I just complain about something?

I ordered Roo a bunch of the newly released Fortnite Funkos for Christmas (she loves Fortnite and that is the only thing she asked for).

I placed the order 2 weeks ago so when I received shipping notifications early this week I was pleasantly surprised since they weren’t supposed to be out until the end of the week.

Yesterday I went down to the front desk to pick up the package and they brought out 8 separate boxes (and they weren’t small boxes).

The company shipped each one separate even though I purchased them all in one order and paid one shipping fee.

Talk about a waste of money, boxes/supplies, and the poor mail person’s time.

/Venting over.

This week is for a destination, that is in one of the top tourism countries, but it is not one of those major tourist destinations that you will find on most people’s Italian itineraries.

It is for 10 days in Genoa, Italy in the late fall/early winter which is a great time to be visiting. If you are wondering what to pack for Genoa then this post might be for you.

One of the things that makes Genoa a prime destination at any time of the year, but even more so in the late fall/winter off-season is that you will not battle large crowds or inflated tourism prices.

It’s not exceptionally cold so you can walk around comfortably for hours in one of Europe’s largest Medieval city centres.

Like all Italian cities, it has a long history, and part of its Old Town historic centre has been granted Unesco World Heritage status (it still has a cathedral from 1098).

It’s harbour which once made them of the most important cities in Italy is home to the Genoa Aquarium and Museum of the Sea.

It’s also the birthplace of Christopher Columbus which might not be the best-selling feature…
