I think this is the final list of items that I bought to update my wardrobe before I switch over to my fall/winter capsule.

I mentioned way back when I posted my spring/summer capsule wardrobe that I can’t afford to spend a lot of money all at once to update it for another season.

Fall and Winter Capsule Shopping List

It’s that time of the season to be thinking about building and transitioning to a fall wardrobe. I have picked the kids up a few pieces at a time and while I am doing that I am always checking the new fall stock for me. I was going through my closet and deciding what things I could bring forward to fall and winter to get an idea of what I would need to buy. I enjoyed having a capsule wardrobe last season and I plan on sticking with it for now. Since fall is so short around here having a more winter-based cold season based wardrobe makes a lot more sense. We went to the mall this weekend because Roo’s iPad up and died on her. It wasn’t unexpected seeing she dropped it in the toilet (her fault for bringing it in there, but in her defence Merle kicked open the door and scared the shit out of her so she dropped it). I didn’t realize that they were totally not fixable though until the guy said the battery was completely dead and they can’t replace the battery but would issue us a replacement iPad for $220 since we were out of warranty.
