I have been on a super Poshmark kick recently. Both buying and selling, so this week I was really diving in there deep. I found so much stuff that I put together a few Poshmark-only outfits of pieces that I am on the hunt for.
A few of these items are included in the main roundup below, but most of them are some bonus finds for the week.
I am really trying to focus on secondhand first for myself, because overconsumption is so gross to me. I just can’t ever get on board with new fashion hauls on a weekly (or more) basis.
It literally makes no sense in a wardrobe unless you are just doing it for clicks and commission, which I assume they are. And this is why I will never be a rich influencer. Lol.
And I am trying really hard to get my wardrobe in the 80/20 range for preloved/new items, and hopefully even better than that.
As we know, in a perfect world, my profession would be to own a vintage shop both online and brick-and-mortar…can you imagine the awesome playlists I would have in there?
So while that is currently a pipe dream, I will still share my secondhand finds with you, as well as sell my own, and hopefully the stars will align, and I will get to work towards that goal.
Here are the outfits that I put together from Poshmark tonight.

Outfit 1 – Camisole | Leather Blazer | Cargos | Tote | Boots
Outfit 2 – Sweater | Vtg Jeans | Trench | Cow Print Bag | Flats
Outfit 3 – T-shirt | Vtg Slip | Blazer | Blue Clutch | Boots
For the regular roundup, let’s start with a purple silk skinny scarf. I am really into them again, and it is such an easy way to add a little something extra to a fall outfit.
Look at this tiger print Roberto Cavalli bag. It is so very interesting in the best way. I always love an animal print in a non-neutral colour.

I have been on the hunt for a vintage Beavis and Butthead T-shirt forever, and this one is basically exactly what I have been looking for. Now to find one in Canada.
Men’s blazers are always the first section that I seek in thrift stores, with a nice contrasting coloured lining, as well as an elbow patch.

Ooooh, when I saw these trousers I got really excited. They are from the 40s or 50s and are so fucking fabulous. Just look at them. The wide leg, the cuff, the cropped ankle fit.
They are damn near perfection.
I am also always seeking out some military-esque style shirts. Pockets, patches, gold buttons, and epaulettes. I have one, but it is a tad snug, so I am seeking another in a larger size.

Always a Moschino girl, especially the blazers from the 90s and 00s. The interest and whimsy are beyond. Every wardrobe needs a really fun blazer.
This is my vintage Moschino fun blazer, which is one of my favourite pieces.
There are a few that are on my wishlist, but they tend to go for hundreds if not over a thousand, dollars, which is a no for me, but I will still keep my eye open.

So I love Bally, both shoes and bags, and I love green of all kinds, specifically chartreuse, but also a deep green like this Bally bucket bag.
It would be such a great little fall bag, and the colour is so lush. Bally leather goods are beautiful.
And speaking of chartreuse, I found a suede little jacket with a row of tiny buttons and a mandarin collar.

Marni seems to be on the up and up right now, so if you have ever had your eye on a Marni piece, now would be the time to grab it before the prices get ridiculous.
Like this pretty little Marni top in another beautiful green.
There is something about 90s shoes. Like you can just look at these and know they are from the 90s. I love the elongated square toe and the loafer/bootie hybrid shape.

These are the perfect vintage Levi’s wash. Are they beat up? Yes, but it makes them better, in my opinion.
How about a fabulous animal print shoulder bag like this slouchy style? It would be like a fall wardrobe staple bag.
Just grab it and go. You can never go wrong with a bag like this.

Vintage Levi’s | Animal Print Tote
We are reaching animal print jacket season again, and I am in love with this short version.
I would love to see it with bright coloured shirt sleeves hanging out of the cuffs like a cobalt blue fitted turtleneck under it. I am also in the market for a jacket like this.
And to finish, we have some amazing Isabel Marant boots. These are very similar to the pair that I have, which are black and animal print.
Picture them paired with the vintage Levi’s, this animal print jacket, the Beavis and Butthead graphic tee, with the blue jumbo clutch.
The perfect fall outfit that takes zero effort.

And that is it, friends.
I hope that some of these posts give you a new outlook on the potential of having a predominantly secondhand wardrobe. Small changes still make an impact.
