I have always been a huge Anna Sui fan and I am so in love with her Madcap Heiress show from the NY Fashion Week. It has become my latest obsession and I want to reincarnate as a madcap heiress in my next life.
Some of today’s secondhand finds are inspired by that show like these first two coats.
We have a jacquard print on the left that would look so good paired with full midi skirts and heeled mary janes with socks.
And the burgundy velvet one is so lush and perfect for that vibe.
I’d take either or both. I am not picky.

Mark my words, sports flats are going to have a moment over spring and summer. I mentioned last year that I thought they were coming back.
The timing seemed right, Puma sneakers were on the up and up, and it went along with the whole 90s/Y2K that is huge.
Over the last year, I have noticed versions of these popping up in stores, and Puma is set to release their classic model sometime in March.
Grab a vintage pair while you can because they won’t be around for long, and if they are people re going to jack the price.
The white pair is Puma, and the brown is Diesel. Both huge about 25 years ago. They both have some mesh areas which also make these perfect for spring and summer.

Forever on the hunt for vintage Ralph Lauren sweaters. An off-white and black is always on my radar, and this v-neck is the perfect example of what I am looking for.
The second one is visually striking with one singular red band across the center. It reminds me of my Hades Wool black and red The Cure sweater. It has the same visual layout.

A day doesn’t go by that I am not searching for animal related jewellery.
An octopus cocktail ring anyone? Yes, please.
I love the greens, the size, and the quirkiness. Animal jewellery is my jam.
A vintage costume jewellery set is also a weakness. This one is from the 1960s but would look exceptional on a modern outfit.

I know a lot of people do not like the Margiela Tabi boots/shoes, they tend to be a very polarizing footwear but I have always loved Tabis since I became aware of their existence in my teens.
These Jil Sander boots are a nice nod to the Margiela Tabi boots.
Another Jil Sander footwear is these burgundy pony hair flats. I love the rich colour and the way it adds texture to an outfit.
These kinds of footwear are really standout pieces so even if your outfit leans towards minimalist style, both of these choices will bring it to the next level.
But they go really well with the Madcap Heiress vibe as well.

Just like the shoes above, these two pieces scream Madcap Heiress, and the best part is that they are actually vintage Anna Sui.
You can feel how she dug into her roots for her most recent show when you look at these two pieces.
This blouse instantly became a wish list item for me as soon as I saw it.
Damn, I wish I was allowing myself a stress shopping, free for all. I am trying to reign it in.

Two great bags in similar shapes, which is the shape that I tend to gravitate to. The Prada on the left is actually dark brown not black like it appears to be.
And the two-tone is vintage Chloe. We are digging into the old Chloe to resurrect it for modern times. It matches the current Chloe vibe as well as the Anna Sui vibe.

The vintage Moschino coat is so Y2K.
That green and tweed combo is delicious. When you look at the listing you can see the lining which is all green and such a great contrast.
And to finish it with a brooch, but not any brooch.
This one you can slide the baby leopard into different positions. I think this might be my favourite brooch so far.
Safari core? Is that a thing?

As much as I loved that Anna Sui show I don’t think I have much that is very Madcap Heiress in my wardrobe.
I might have to rectify that.
