Happy North American Mother’s Day. I had an accidental sleep today because I didn’t fall asleep until 4 am last night. Then when I got motivated I went upstairs to clean the other apartment which is a super fun way to spend the day.
At least we have almost closed that chapter. Now I need to find a steam cleaner for the rugs, which is hard because everything is closed still.
I also hurt that muscle between my shoulder blades that I seem to hurt every six months or so. It always seems to happen when I am blow drying my hair so there must be something about that position that makes it spasm.
Luckily I felt it start to twinge and immediately stopped, so it didn’t get the chance get as bad as it usually does.
So that is fun.
My teenager emptied and took out all the garbage in her room without being harassed to do it, which is progress and a positive part of the day.
On the Lego Instagram yesterday, I saw that they are releasing a Friends set that involves the apartments and that is going to be something that I will have to buy. That’s even more exciting than when they put out the Central Perk set.
I’m not sure if it is legit but someone on Twitter posted this. If that is the case, then take all of my money please. I *think* it comes out on May 19th for Lego VIP members which I can sign up for on your Lego account if you have one.
It comes out in June for everyone else.
This brings me joy.
