This packing list would work in most seasons since it doesn’t get ridiculously too cold or too hot throughout the year in Dublin. Everything is easy to build layers, or cut them out when needed.

I like to stick to a fairly neutral palette so that it is easier to match everything but I also like to add some colour and pattern with a piece or two, I’m this case it is the green floral shirt by Boden which is such a lovely colour. It also comes in a light blue as well which is also very lovely.

The formula for this packing list is pretty easy:

1 light jacket + 5 tops (one cami/layering tank, t-shirt, white blouse, grey long sleeve, and a bright print top) +  2 sweaters (pullover and chunky cardigan) + 3 bottoms (dark denim, casual denim, and black pants) + dress + 3 shoes (rain boots, sneakers, flats) + accessories (hat, light scarf, sunglasses, watch, umbrella) +2 bags (purse and clutch).

You would be picking something from most of these categories to wear on the plane (or travelling there), preferably the items that take up most room to pack as light as possible.

If rain boots aren’t your thing they could easily be switched out with regular boots. I like wearing them and although Dublin’s annual rainfall is lower than London, it is spread out more so rainy periods are seen more often.

The climate is relatively mild averaging 5°C in winter, and 20°C in summer which is perfect touring weather. The packing list for this post can be found here.
